This hotel was chosen within the GLH Hotels chain to become the first Every Brand Hotel. Piccadilly had already some three years ago had a full refurbishment so our works were to install the high tech facilities throughout each bedroom and public areas allowing certain reconfigurations of rooms, the addition of a gymnasium, extension of restaurant to allow an individual buffet area along with the remodelling of the reception to show off its new concept. All works were carried out during a 12 week period whilst the hotel were fully trading in what would have been their busies times of the year. The product has now been launched to the market.
