After successful tendering ASD were awarded the conversion of two three storey office blocks into 81 residential apartments. The project involved the complete strip out of all existing finishes and services, a full design and build package was put together for the approval of the client along with mechanical and electrical services and interior finishes. A full 26 weeks saw the building evolve from its neglected empty state to modern contemporary apartment blocks.
